Rubin & Hays is a Kentucky law firm concentrating its practice in public finance law.  The four lawyers of Rubin & Hays spend the majority of their time acting as bond, tax or underwriter’s counsel in public finance transactions.  The firm represents both issuers of tax-exempt bonds as well as purchasers of those bonds.  With over 95 years of combined experience, Rubin & Hays has participated in transactions large and small with varying structures throughout the United States.
